Hi, haven't stayed here since new owners I've heard and also heard their way better and nicer. Rooms too. I'd like to find a better place to stay at and without all the bad. This one is on the list for sure. I have a friend who stayed there and actually wants to make it weekly or maybe longer. As I do too with my fiance. If that's OK? I'm wondering the weekly prices? Or longer? Really want to start Monday? I'm sorry this isn't an actual review lol just seen that the owners are very on point with commenting back. Please if can, get back to me.? I've been there about 3 weeks I have to say the owner and his sons are absolutely awesome people they have big hearts friendly they work with you I almost feel like I'm at home I'm being real I'm not fake but I wish God bless his
Really quiet place, everyone is nice no rude or obnoxious ppl. The owner is the best helps with anything we need. His son's are hard workers and also attend to the tenants needs and the housekeeper is nice too really friendly. I recommend coming here they allow pets as well. They also have a grill area in the middle if you wana cook out other tenants cook out and they will ask if you want some as well. 10-10 place better than any other hotel or motel ive been at -Room 38 appreciates everything you guys done for us. Good monthly rates, very friendly ppl that run this place. That have a grill outside that my friend gave them for everybody that stays there to use. Very clean. Housekeepers are very nice and they do an excellent job cleaning the rooms.
Surprisingly clean and nice decor . Old fashioned type. And shower head was really bad. But I really liked it. Until the Maid came to my room. I was packed and putting on my backpack to walk out and she threw open my door , unannounced, and began to Yell at me! Completely Unnecessary and unprovoked, it was actually 15 min before Check Out! People make almost experience unpleasant.

Amazing. Convenient. Grill area great at the morning for breakfast. Great weekly and monthly rates. Close to everything great location gas stations, restaurants, Walmart, Walgreens, gyms, pick n save, banks bus stops are walking distance. Very safe area police almost always around . Great customer service and housekeeping. Family owned business and they are very respectful.
The owner and housekeepers are amazing and have a great work ethic. The rooms are very clean and include mini refrigerator and microwave which was super nice. If you’re looking to stay anywhere from a day to a month, this is the place I’d recommend price wise as well! Just all around fantastic service. Thank you so much.
